Navi is scaling across flight schools, airlines, and the United States Air Force — simultaneously. The founder can't be in every room, on every call, and closing every loop. That's your job.
This is not an administrative role. This is an operating role. You are the founder's integrator and force multiplier — the person who takes intent and converts it into execution across every front Navi is fighting on.
Deployment operations for training centers. AFWERX Phase II execution and DoD program management. Investor communications and data room upkeep. Hiring logistics. Pipeline hygiene. Partner coordination. Customer onboarding. If it needs to get done and the founder can't be in two places at once, it lands on your desk — and you close it.
Navi is deployed at Embry-Riddle, Purdue, UND, Sling Pilot Academy, and the United States Air Force. The pace is relentless, the stakes are real, and the coordination surface is growing faster than any one person can manage alone. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks while the company scales.
Own deployment operations and customer onboarding across flight schools, airlines, and military sites
Drive AFWERX Phase II execution — CLIN gates, reporting rhythms, TACFI timelines, ATO readiness tracking
Manage investor and partner communications — monthly updates, data room, metrics packages
Run hiring logistics for engineering, field operations, and business development roles
Build and maintain operational dashboards — milestones, burn, pipeline, revenue conversion
Standardize BD enablement — briefs, case studies, competitive positioning materials
Coordinate across engineering, customers, defense stakeholders, and investors with equal fluency
Create the systems and cadences that let a small team operate like a much larger one
Bias for action and outcome ownership — you don't wait to be told, you see what needs to happen and you do it
Program management experience in ambiguous, high-tempo environments — military, startup, or both
You can brief an investor at 10am, coordinate a deployment at noon, and prep a DoD deliverable by EOD
Stakeholder coordination across government and commercial audiences — you code-switch effortlessly
Planning discipline — you build trackers, dashboards, and operating rhythms that keep teams honest
Technical literacy sufficient to manage cloud-hosted product deployments and security reporting
High EQ communicator who earns trust fast with engineers, pilots, instructors, and flag officers alike
Confidentiality and compliance awareness — FERPA, DFARS, and working with classified environments
Military background — field grade officer, senior NCO, or special operations with mission planning and program leadership
Aviation or air operations experience
Defense innovation or acquisition exposure — AFWERX, DIU, SBIR/STTR familiarity
Prior startup experience or operating in a founder-adjacent role
Navi's growth constraint isn't product-market fit — it's bandwidth. Every deployment, every DoD milestone, every investor update, every new hire requires coordination that compounds as the company scales. You're the person who removes that bottleneck. The founder focuses on product, customers, and strategy. You make sure everything else moves.
Flight training — earn your pilot's license and operate with true domain expertise
Impact you can see — your work directly accelerates deployments to flight schools, airlines, and the U.S. Air Force
A role that scales into a senior operating position as the company grows
Find a way. We don't wait for permission or perfect information. Ideas come from anywhere regardless of title. Figure it out, ship it, iterate.
Creativity over control. First principles over process. We'd rather have a creative solution that's 80% right today than a perfect one next quarter.
Update fast. Come in with a hypothesis, throw it away when the data says otherwise. Ego has no place here.
Intensity with focus. We work hard because the mission demands it. Clarity on what matters is how we make that sustainable.
